Hayyan Kanwar is a licensed Real Estate professional working for the Shaw Realty Group. He is a bi-lingual first generation immigrant from Pakistan, speaking both English & Urdu/Hindi. His parents sacrificed everything they had to make sure that their 4 sons had a better life. Although being raised here since the young age of 3, it’s needless to say that taking risks and being on his toes is a skill that’s native to Hayyan. He has been in the Waterloo region for decades now and is well known in his community as a compassionate, reliable & hard working individual to his friends, family, and clientele.

Hayyan is resilient and will not rest until the job is done, making him a highly impactful negotiator. He joined the Shaw Realty Group, where he has had cutting edge mentoring, training, & guidance from his team to become the sharpest he can be. All to ensure that his service is nothing short of exceptional & memorable. Hayyans goal surpasses that of simply dealing in Real Estate, he joined the business to establish meaningful, dependable and indefinite relationships with the people he meets, as he believes that anything short of that, would be a detriment to the way he was raised.

Hayyan services the Waterloo Region, alongside both Woodstock and Guelph. He works with first time buyers, seasoned home owners, investors and even renters. His sole mission is to help others, whoever they are, in making real estate as stress free as it should be. Most are simply agents for a short-term, but Hayyan is an agent for life.
