How fast can Shaw Realty Group sell my home?

This depends on several market driven standards. We will work together to ensure that your home stands out from the rest and get it sold as quickly as possible. A strong pricing strategy determines how fast we can sell your home. A through pricing report will be provided when we sign an agreement to list your home.

What are your fees and commission structure?

Agents’ commissions are generally a percentage of the final sale price of the property. This rate can vary.

  • Split Between Agents: The total commission is usually split between the seller’s agent (listing agent) and the buyer’s agent. For example, if the total commission is 5%, the listing agent may receive 2.5%, and the buyer’s agent would receive 2.5%.
  • Payment Timing: The commission is typically paid from the sale proceeds at closing. Sellers don’t have to pay the commission out of pocket before the sale.
  • Negotiability: Commission rates and structure can often be negotiated, depending on the listing agreement.
