02 – Lock Box & Key
Your property’s security is top priority. We use SentriLock bluetooth lockboxes. They record when a the lockbox is accessed and the name of every agent who opens it.
03 – Stager
Our stager will provide a consult. We will turn your home into a blank canvas where potential buyers can envision themselves living there!

02 – Live on Realtor.ca
Our brokerage lists homes on the local MLS (Cornerstone Association of Realtors) and the GTA MLS (Toronto Regional Real Estate Board). This means prospective buyers from out of town will be emailed your listing from their GTA sales representative. You will have two listings on Realtor.ca, one for each MLS.

ShowingTime is our 24/7 centralized showing service. It allows you to confirm appointments via call, text, or email!
The Home by ShowingTime mobile app allows you to:
- Confirm/decline showing requests
- See all upcoming appointments
