A few issues came up re: city permits etc that we had to navigate through our lawyers; Shaw was exceptionally knowledgeable in helping us go through that process with the city and our lawyers, and also in negotiations with the buyer.  It turned out to be a trickier sale than we anticipated and we were lucky to have chosen an experienced realtor who had the experience we needed.
