Inside Sales Agent

A Shaw Realty Group Inside Sales Agent position is positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and understands the value of communication. You will have the ability to persuade and guide clients to their own conclusions. This person will be responsible for:

  • Cultivating leads converting into appointment for outside sales agents
  • Strive to achieve a minimum of 100% sales revenue quota Month over Month
  • Ability to dial sufficient amount of customers to generate high quality appointments
  • Ensure all appointments have followed the criteria and are converted at a high percentage
  • Input data into CRM for potential follow-up
  • High energy self-motivated leader eager to jump on the phones

Ramin Atta, Director of Inside Sales

Requirements:

  • 2-5 Years Inside Sales Experience
  • Proven Results in achieving KPI’s consistently
  • High School Diploma/University or College Degree

Compensation:

Base Salary $30,000+ depending on proven experience + performance based incentives
